After spending 15 years with a Norwegian Shipping company, he has come to hold management roles over the last 12 years, gaining experience in various aspects of the asset management services in the marine and offshore industries. Lit his entrepreneurial spirit and in 2009 pioneered a one-stop shop Marine Solution in the marine and offshore industries. Courtesy – Singapore business quality awards 2012.
	Capt. M.S Rammohan Head of Ship management Division Capt Ram is responsible for the running of the ship management division, onboard and ashore, including Technical, Marine and Crewing functions, managing various types of VLCC tankers from Product Tankers to Gas LPG & LNG. Before joining MMS, Capt Ram spent 26 years with Univan, both at sea and ashore, in a variety of roles culminating with that of Operations Manager (DPA, CSO & HSE). VLCC Marine Advisory Roles to Owners for Straits of Malacca and Singapore (SOMS); Collision investigations, contact damage investigations, free water disputes on tankers, Investigations for deaths on board, Malacca Singapore straits deep sea pilotage for a vessel with steering failure (fully laden VLCC) and monitoring discharge of tankers (expeditor) – some of the works undertaken for Gard P and I club in Singapore.
	Lorna Rait Financial Officer Lorna Rait joined Mercantile Maritime Solutions Pte Ltd. as Financial Officer in January 2013. Lorna oversees the financial operations of the Group. Prior to MMS, Lorna gained broad international experience in senior roles in the nationalized and private banking sector. Lorna Rait earned a 1st Class Honours Degree as Bachelor of Science and accounting, majoring in banking and finance from the University of Philippines.
	Rosalie Nagal Human Resources Officer Rosalie Nagal joined Mercantile Maritime Solutions Pte Ltd in 2009 as HR Officer. Part of her role is to develop a human resources strategy in support of the overall strategic objectives set for the MMS. Rosalie has earned a 1st Class Honours Degree as Bachelor of Science and Information Technology from University of Philippines.
	Subrat Kulshrestha Legal Analyst Subrat Kul Shrestha, Master Mariner and a Law graduate pursued legal career alongside seafaring for a decade, He is a Member Advocate with Bar Council of Delhi since1993. Handling matters related to shipping business and corporate law, his forte is offering advice on insurance-related matters to corporate clients. Before joining the Firm, he worked with leading ship management companies in Hong Kong and Singapore as Head of Law and Insurance. Member Admitted as Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi; He is looking after maritime law, ship insurance and other related matters. 	Pol PALACIOS Expert and leading specialist in Offshore Energy Industry Pol is an expert in seabed-to-surface engineering, construction and services to the offshore energy industry, including Subsea exploration, deep water operations and development drilling / line management positions for Drilling & Measurements. Pol has been providing competitive floating technical solutions with delivery of complex projects in all water depths and challenging environments for the offshore oil and gas industry and is recognized as a leading specialist for Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessels, Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) vessels, Floating LNGs (FLNGs), Tension Leg Platforms (TLPs), and Production Semi-submersibles. Former operational expert and manager at Total and BP in the field of offshore subsea technologies, he has directly participated in the development of the most challenging flagship deepwater fields in the Gulf of Guinea and has conducted long missions and project startups in various countries. He holds a Msc. from the Ecole Centrale de Lille and a Msc. from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure du Pétrole et des Moteurs - IFP School in France. He is also a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Marine Engineer from IMarEST in UK.

	Niraj Sinha IT Analyst Niraj Sinha, IT Graduate from Bombay University pursued career in Shipping on E-commerce technologies platform for a decade. Handling matters related to shipping business and corporate, his forte is holistic array of Marine IT and Communications solutions along with Software/Web based development and hosting for corporate clients. Before joining the Firm, he worked with leading ship management companies managing, Portal Development and Design, Supply-Chain Management and ERP Solution Provider.
